A Historic Location
You're standing on a New York City landmark, surrounded by this city's history.
From the soaring ceilings to the incredible marble columns, crowned by a pyramidal roof and French gothic spire, 40 Wall street is a New York City skyline fixture- the tallest structure in the world until the Chrysler Building overtook it in 1930. Dubbed The Crown Jewel of Wall Street, it served as the Bank of Manhattan Trust Building and Manhattan Company Building before being purchased by Donald Trump in 1995.
It is a truly majestic presence; a unique and historic space. In 1998, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Committee awarded 40 Wall Street landmark status.
